Together we then establish achievable, measurable goals, an evidence-based treatment plan, and schedule of sessions. Treatment plans follow industry best practices, published research, and proven methods, and can include a variety of the above-mentioned interventions.
Goals vary from person to person, but the bottom line? To have fun! And enjoy a fulsome, meaningful life while moving past any barriers or obstacles.
Also feel free to contact me directly with any questions or if you would like to schedule a consultation. I currently serve the Greater Toronto Area in Ontario. I meet my clients in the community, their homes, and in various living facilities, and provide much-needed respite time to their dedicated caregivers and loved ones.
